Visitors who enter the pop-up store are deemed to have agreed to the following policies.

QUEUE & ADMISSION
* Please follow all instructions provided by on-site staff.
* Queuing starts at 9 AM each event day.
* Overnight queuing is strictly prohibited.
* Chairs, tents, and other personal equipment are not permitted while waiting.
* Queue numbers may be distributed to customers if deemed necessary by event staff.

STORE POLICY
* All products and giveaways are available in limited quantities and may sell out without prior notice.
* CCTV monitoring is in operation for safety and security purposes.
* Only service dogs are permitted inside the store; no other animals are allowed.
* Photos and videos taken inside the store may be used or published on official websites, social media, or media channels.
* Commercial filming or photography without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.

PURCHASE POLICY
* Accepted payment methods: Cash, Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, LINE Pay, HG Pay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay only.
* Please carefully inspect the condition of all merchandise and giveaways at the time of purchase.
* No returns or exchanges will be accepted except for major defects (including giveaways).  The determination of a major defect and the method of remedy shall be made by on-site staff.
* If a major defect is confirmed, an exchange may be processed at the counter with the receipt; if the identical item is out of stock, a refund may be issued.
* To ensure packaging integrity and maintain an orderly flow on site, packages will not be opened at the counter for inspection.
* Items are not available for fitting/trying on. Any fitting/trying-on will be deemed a purchase.
