• VVIP fan benefit “Group Photo (Group of 10)” will be held after the show. Please remain in your seats and follow the instructions of the on-site staff after the show ends.

* During soundcheck event, Any types of cameras, audio and video recording equipment are not allowed

* SEATS are all seated with allocated seats.

* When checking in, please provide your concert ticket for confirmation. Staff will issue a wristband and stamp "EXCHANGED" on your ticket.

* Concert ticket and wristband are BOTH REQUIRED when entering, DAMAGED or LOST any of it will be disqualified.

* VIP Laminate, and Lanyard cannot be shipped or delivered. They must be redeemed and collected on the event day with the event ticket. If not collected on time, the rights will be considered forfeited.

* After the pre-show soundcheck event, please stay in the auditorium for the main show. If you need to go out, your concert ticket is required for re-entry to the venue, and security check is always required upon re-entry.

Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter without a Disability identification owner and her/his ticket.

  For Lost Seated Tickets: Dial 02-8772-9835 or Contact us at your earliest convenience. Please bring police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID and go to the tixCraft ticket booth before 5 PM on show day to sign the certification document. Once the show starts and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audience who lose tickets need to re-purchase ticket for admission. We may report to police station if there is controversy. 
  
  

⍟ Security Check

• For safety reasons, security check is required at the entrance. To avoid delays in entering and enjoying the show, we kindly ask you to arrive early. Metal detector wands will be used for security checks. Those who bring prohibited items will not be allowed for entry.
• No trunks or bags larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm are allowed for entry.
• Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.
• Safety check is always required upon re-entry.

✘ No ANY KINDS of Foods or Drinks allowed, WATER ONLY (the caps of the bottle must be removed)

✘ Please do not stand on seats. Those who cause damage o

n venue property should be responsible for compensation.

✘ No any kind of cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.

✘ Please follow the event regulations. The organizer might restrict those who violate the regulations and reserve the right to pursue legal actions.
