※ This event features a special stage design. Viewing experiences may vary by seat, and some seats may have restricted views beyond the marked obstructed-view areas. Viewing angles may vary based on individual subjective perception. Please consider this carefully before purchasing.
※ Due to the special stage design, audience in the D1 and B4 GA section may experience variations in stage equipment, viewing angles and also may be affected by lighting and stage effects during the show. Within the designated area, audience are free to move around for a better experience. Please be aware before purchasing tickets.

※ This is a real-name event. Each ticket holder’s name (attendee) is printed on the ticket, and will be checked against a valid photo ID (National ID card, NHI card, driver’s license, or passport; foreign nationals must present a passport) at the entrance. Only those whose names and IDs match the attendee will be allowed to enter. Copies, photos, screenshots, IDs without photos, mismatched names, other data instead of the real name, or photos that do not match the person will result in denied entry. Please check carefully before coming to the venue to avoid affecting your rights.

【VIP Package Notice】

※ VIP standing areas (D1 and B4) must line up according to ticket numbers.

※ Actual procedures and schedules may be adjusted according to on-site conditions.

※ Staff will verify concert tickets during check-in, stamp them as “Redeemed,” and issue identification wristbands. Attendees must complete VIP check-in and receive their wristband before entering the VIP Soundcheck Event. Both ticket and wristband must be presented for entry. Lost or damaged will result in denial of entry.

※ Ticket holders who fail to complete check-in before the activity begins will be deemed to have forfeited their rights. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to the VIP Soundcheck Event without refund.

※ VIP laminates and gifts cannot be mailed and must be redeemed on the event day with the concert ticket. Unclaimed items will be considered forfeited.

※ After the VIP Soundcheck Event ends, please remain inside the venue to wait for the concert to begin. Re-entry requires ticket verification and security check.

※ No ticket collection service is available at the venue. Please collect your tickets in advance before arriving.

 

◎ Lockers

Paid lockers are available at Taipei Dome B1 (near entrances 2–4) and MRT Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Station. Additional storage lockers are available nearby. Availability is limited and service may not be available outside operating hours.

 

◎ Security Check

※ All attendees must undergo security checks before entering the venue. Metal detectors and bag inspections will be conducted.

※ Bags larger than 37 × 25 × 11.5 cm and suitcases are not permitted.

※ Violators carrying prohibited items will be denied entry or removed without refund.

※ Re-entry requires security check.

 

◎ Other Regulations

※ Prohibited Items (subject to confiscation)

1. No trunks or bags larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm. The official merchandise items will be allowed. All bags and merchandise items will be subject to a security check.
2. Carrying and using professional photography, video and audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited. This includes camcorders, audio recorders, drones, tablets, GoPros and related devices (such as selfie sticks, tripods, etc.)
3. Folding umbrella is granted. However please DO NOT use it in the stadium. Please wear poncho if needed.
4. No Glass and Metal container of any kind.
5. No Illegal Substances / Drugs / Dangerous items (According to on site definition).
6. No Flammable materials such as / Pressurized Cologne and perfume / Pepper  Spray / Kerosene / Gasoline etc.
7. No Weapons of any Kind / Lasers / Laser Pens / Pointers / Umbrella / Monopod / Selfie Sticks or any Sharp Objects.
8. No Chain / Brass Knuckles / Wallet Chains / Spiked belts.
9. No Lighters / Cigarettes(e-cigarettes) / Candles / Fireworks and any other type of Pyrotechnics.
10. No Pets and Plants.
11.  No Chairs of any kind.
12. No Fruits / Vegetables.

13. Food and beverages are strictly prohibited throughout the venue. Only water is permitted.
14. No Big Posters / Banners / LED Banners / Placards / Balloons / Signage / Political Banners and No Whistles or any unauthorized Cheer Supplies.
15. No Projectiles / Missiles of any type.
16. No Flash Photography / Videography.

※ If there are visibility issues toward the main stage (not included in the announced obstructed-view areas), please notify on-site staff within 10 minutes after the show begins. If staff confirm that the seat has visibility issues, seating adjustments may be arranged depending on availability. If no seats are available, the ticket holder may apply for a full refund and leave the venue. Failure to report within the specified time will be considered acceptance of the assigned seat.

※ Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the event venue.

※ Please do not stand on seats while watching the performance. Any damage to venue property caused by such behavior will be the responsibility of the attendee.

※ The use of professional photography, video recording, and audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited at the event venue. This includes but is not limited to camcorders, drones, tablets, GoPro devices, tripods, selfie sticks, and similar equipment. These items are not allowed to be brought into or used inside the venue. Live streaming of any kind is also strictly prohibited. If such equipment is discovered, staff will require the deletion of the recorded content and ask the attendee to store the equipment outside the venue before re-entry. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage. On-site staff reserve the right to erase or delete any recorded material and may take further legal action if necessary.

※ If any attendee has seriously violated event regulations, the organizer reserves the right to escort the individual out of the venue and deny re-entry. Please follow all entry regulations. All rules are subject to the official event website and on-site announcements. The organizer reserves the right to add shows, modify, or terminate any part of the event and its related arrangements.

 

◎ Transportation Information

Large crowds are expected on event days. Attendees are strongly advised to use public transportation such as MRT, buses, or shuttle services to reach the venue.

Bannan Line – Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Station, Exit 4 or Exit 5

The venue area is served by both Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Station and Taipei City Hall Station on the Bannan Line.
The southwest side of the venue is closest to Exit 4 and Exit 5 of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Station.
Through MRT transfers and bus connections, the venue can be easily accessed from other MRT lines, including the Wenhu Line, Tamsui–Xinyi Line, Zhonghe–Xinlu Line, and the Taoyuan Airport MRT Line.
