【 VIP Event Notice】

1. VIP Event flow:
Soundcheck → QA → Pre-Show Photo Opportunity (No Artist Involvement)

2. During the VIP Soundcheck and Q&A Session, VIP ticket holders may take photos and videos. Professional photography, video and audio recording equipment are strictly prohibited.

3. After the VIP event ends, please remain inside the venue. Re-entry requires ticket verification and security check.

※ VIP Standing areas must line up according to ticket numbers and follow on-site staff instructions.

【VIP Package Notice】
※ Actual procedures and schedules may be adjusted according to on-site conditions.
※ Staff will verify concert tickets during check-in, stamp them as “Redeemed,” and issue identification wristbands. Attendees must complete VIP check-in and receive their wristband before entering the VIP event. Both ticket and wristband must be presented for entry. Lost or damaged will result in denial of entry.
※ Ticket holders who fail to complete check-in before the activity begins will be deemed to have forfeited their rights. The organizer reserves the right to refuse entry without refund.
※ The contents of the VIP package cannot be mailed and must be redeemed on the event day with the concert ticket. Unclaimed items will be considered forfeited.
※ Please note that there are no physical barriers between different price categories in the GA area.

Lost Tickets:
-GA (Standing) ticket:
※ According to regulations, standing tickets have no assigned seats or registered names; you are not able to enter if you lose your ticket.
-Seated ticket:
※ Please contact tixCraft at your earliest convenience. Bring the police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID to the tixCraft ticket booth before showtime on show day to sign the certification document. Once the show starts and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up, he/she has priority and audiences who lose tickets need to re-purchase. We may report to the police station if there is controversy.

◎ Security Check
※ For safety reasons, security check is required at the entrance. Please arrive early to avoid delays. Those who bring prohibited items will not be allowed entry.
※ Suitcases of any kind or bags larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm are not allowed into the venue.
※ There are limited coin-lockers at the venue. Please store suitcases, bags and all prohibited items in advance.
※ No ANY KINDS of Foods or Drinks allowed, WATER ONLY.

※ Once prohibited items are found, the audience will be escorted out and not allowed back in, with no refund.
※ Safety check is always required upon re-entry.

◎ Other Regulations
✘ Prohibited items (will be confiscated)
1. Bags exceeding 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm and all types of suitcases/luggage are prohibited. Official merchandise is exempt but remains subject to security inspection.
2. Professional photography, video and audio recording equipment are strictly prohibited (video cameras, drones, tablets, GoPro, lens attachments, tripods, monopods, gimbals, selfie sticks, etc.). Live streaming of any kind is strictly prohibited.
3. Foldable umbrellas are allowed inside but may not be opened or used.
4. Glass and metal containers are prohibited (glass cups/bottles, metal/aluminum cans, etc.).
5. Illegal, prohibited or dangerous items (as defined by the organizer) are not permitted.
6. Pressurized sprays and flammable substances (aerosols, perfume, pepper spray, gas canisters, kerosene, etc.) are prohibited.
7. Laser pointers, long-handled umbrellas, tripods, selfie sticks and any sharp objects are prohibited.
8. Chains, brass knuckles, metal bars, studs, decorative belts and similar items are prohibited.
9. Lighters, all tobacco products (incl. e-cigarettes), candles, fireworks and flammable materials are prohibited.
10. Pets, plants, fresh food including fruits and vegetables are not permitted.
11. Stools, folding chairs and any items used to elevate standing height are prohibited.
12. Posters/banners larger than A3, LED signs, balloons, political flags/banners, whistles and any fan-made support materials are prohibited.
13. Any item that can be thrown, launched or used as a spraying device is prohibited.
14. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.

※ For view blockage not stated in any official announcement, please inform on-site staff within 10 minutes after the show starts. If confirmed, staff will change the seat subject to availability; if none is available, a full refund may be arranged. No response is deemed consent.

※ Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the venue.
※ Please do not stand on seats. Those who cause damage will be responsible for compensation.
※ All forms of photography, video/audio recording and live streaming are strictly prohibited. If discovered, staff will delete the content; the organizer is not responsible for any loss and may take legal action.
※ Please follow the event regulations. The organizer reserves the right to restrict violators and to add, modify, suspend or terminate any aspect of the event without prior notice.
