※ Lost Tickets
Please bring the police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID to the box office before show starts on show day to sign the certification document. Once the seat is confirmed as not occupied when the show starts, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audiences who lose tickets need to re-purchase tickets for admission. We may report to the police station if there is controversy.

◎ LOCKERS
Paid lockers are available at Taipei Dome B1 (near entrances 2–4) and MRT Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Station. Additional storage lockers are available nearby. Availability is limited and service may not be available outside operating hours.
◎ SECURITY CHECK
※ For safety reasons, security check is required at the entrance. To avoid delays in entering and enjoying the show, we kindly ask that you arrive early. Those who bring prohibited items will not be allowed for entry.

※ No trunks or bags larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm. The official merchandise items will be allowed. All bags and merchandise items will be subject to a security check.
※ Professional photography, video, and audio recording equipment are strictly prohibited, including camcorders, drones, tablets, GoPro devices, and related accessories such as external phone lenses, telephoto lenses, tripods, stabilizers, and selfie sticks. These items may not be brought into or used inside the venue.
※ Live streaming and any equipment deemed by the organizer to be intended for professional recording, streaming, or commercial use are also strictly prohibited.
※ Folding umbrella is granted. However please DO NOT use it in the stadium. Please wear poncho if needed.
※ No Glass and Metal container of any kind.
※ No Illegal Substances / Drugs / Dangerous items (According to on site definition).
※ No Flammable materials such as / Pressurized Cologne and perfume / Pepper Spray / Kerosene / Gasoline etc.
※ No Weapons of any Kind / Lasers / Laser Pens / Pointers / Umbrella / Monopod / Selfie Sticks or any Sharp Objects.
※ No Chain / Brass Knuckles / Wallet Chains / Spiked belts.
※ No Lighters / Cigarettes(e-cigarettes) / Candles / Fireworks and any other type of Pyrotechnics.
※ No Pets / Plants / Fruits / Vegetables.
※ No Chairs of any kind.
※ No Fruits / Vegetables.
※ No Big Posters / Banners / LED Banners / Placards / Balloons / Signage / Political Banners and No Whistles or any unauthorized Cheer Supplies.
※ No Projectiles / Missiles of any type.
※ No Flash Photography / Videography.
※ Please inform the on-site staff within 10 minutes after the show starts if you find any view blockage that is not stated in any official announcement. Once on-site staff confirms the view of the seat is blocked, on-site staff will change the seat for you subject to availability. It will be deemed to consent to the seat arrangement if there's no response.
※ Smoking is prohibited due to regulations.
※ Do not stand on chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors.
※ Jumping is prohibited in the audience area. Please clap instead of jumping.
※ No any kind of live streaming. No cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.
※ Please follow the event regulations. The organizer might restrict those who violate the regulations and reserve the right to pursue legal actions. Show cancels or postpones due to irresistible reasons, promoter will not be responsible for transportation and accommodation compensation. Please give priority to the Regulations Announcement on Live Nation Taiwan website and on site. Live Nation reserves the rights to any amendments, changes or terminations of this event.

Large crowds are expected on event days. Attendees are strongly advised to use public transportation such as MRT, buses, or shuttle services to reach the venue.

Bannan Line – Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Station, Exit 4 or Exit 5 - The venue area is served by both Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Station and Taipei City Hall Station on the Bannan Line.
The southwest side of the venue is closest to Exit 4 and Exit 5 of Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall Station.
Through MRT transfers and bus connections, the venue can be easily accessed from other MRT lines, including the Wenhu Line, Tamsui–Xinyi Line, Zhonghe–Xinlu Line, and the Taoyuan Airport MRT Line.
