* Notice for Entry
* This is a real-name event. Each attendee must have one concert ticket and show their own original government-issued photo ID (such as a National ID, NHI card, driver’s license, or passport) when entering. The name on your ticket must match your ID exactly. We cannot accept copies, photos, or screenshots of IDs. If your ID has no photo, has the wrong name, shows a name that is not your real name or other data, or the photo does not match you, your entry will not be denied. Please check carefully before coming to avoid affecting your rights.
* Accessible Seating :
Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter without a Disability identification owner and her/his ticket.
* Please follow the instructions of staff with signs and queue according to your designated section for ticket verification.
* For safety reasons, a security check is required at the entrance. To avoid delays in entering and enjoying the show, we kindly ask that you arrive earlier.
* ACTUAL DOOR OPEN TIMES WILL BE BASED ON ON-SITE SITUATIONS.

* No trunks or bags larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm are allowed for entry. Except for official merchandise purchases on site. All items are still subject to security checks.
* No ANY KINDS of Foods or Drinks allowed, WATER ONLY.
* Security check is required upon entry. Any items against security regulations will not be allowed for entry.
* Safety check is always required upon re-entry.
* Notice for Show
* Strobe lighting, lasers, and smoke effects are used during the performance. Patrons with photosensitive epilepsy or light sensitivity may be affected. Please monitor your condition, and if necessary take a short break and inform the staff members.
* Please inform the on-site staff within 10 minutes after the show starts if you find any view blockage that is not stated in any official announcement. Once on-site staff confirms the view of the seat is blocked, on-site staff will change the seat for you subject to availability. It will be deemed to consent to the seat arrangement if there's no response.
* Except for mobile phones, all forms of photography, videography, and audio recording devices (including selfie sticks, tripods, etc.) are strictly prohibited from being brought in or used. Any form of live streaming is also strictly forbidden.
* Do not stand on your seat to watch the performance. Any damage caused to venue property due to improper conduct will be the responsibility of the individual and may incur compensation.
* Food and beverages are not allowed in the seating area, with the exception of drinking water.
* Official photography and videography will be conducted during the concert. By entering the venue, you agree to the possibility of being filmed or photographed. The organizer will not be held liable for any infringement of portrait rights or unauthorized commercial use.

● Lost Tickets
Dial 02-8772-9835 or Contact us at your earliest convenience. Please bring the police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID to the tixCraft ticket booth before 7PM on show day to sign the certification document. Once the seat is confirmed as not occupied when the show starts, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audiences who lose tickets need to re-purchase tickets for admission. We may report to the police station if there is controversy.

* Depending on the on-site situation, operation time and purchase limit are subjected to change without prior notice
* The quantities of merchandise are limited. Sales will end once the stocks are sold.
* Please check the product when purchasing. Once you leave the counter, any damaged or faulty product cannot be returned or exchanged.
● Prohibited items
1. No trunks or bags larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm are allowed for entry. Any bags/Trunks against security standards will not be allowed for entry. Merch will be allowed for entry, and security check will be required.
2. Except for mobile phones, all forms of photography, videography, and audio recording devices (including selfie sticks, tripods, etc.) are strictly prohibited from being brought in or used. Any form of live streaming is also strictly forbidden.
3. Folding umbrella is granted. However please DO NOT use it in the stadium. Please wear poncho if needed.
4. No Glass and Metal container of any kind。
5. No illegal substances / drugs / dangerous items (according to on site definition).
6. No flammable materials such as pressurized cologne and perfume / pepper spray / kerosene / gasoline etc.
7. No weapons of any kind / lasers / laser pens / pointers / umbrella / monopod / selfie sticks or any sharp objects.
8. No chain / brass knuckles / wallet chains / spiked belts.
9. No lighters / cigarettes(e-cigarettes) / candles / fireworks and any other type of pyrotechnics.
10. No pets and plants.
11. No chairs of any kind.
12. No fruits and vegetables.
13. No Big posters / banners / placards / balloons / signage / political banners and no whistles or any unauthorized cheer supplies.
14. No projectiles / missiles of any type.
15. No flash photography / videography.
✘ Smoking is prohibited due to regulations.
✘ Do not stand on chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors.
✘ Please follow the event regulations. The organizer might restrict those who violate the regulations and reserve the right to pursue legal actions. Show cancel or postpone due to irresistible reasons, promoter will not be responsible for transportation and accommodation compensation. Please refer to Regulations Announcement on Live Nation Taiwan website and on site announcements for the most updated rules. Live Nation reserves the rights to any amendments, changes or terminations of this event.
