* Notice for Entry
* Please bring identification at entry for checking. Upon entry, the name printed on the ticket will be checked against a valid photo ID (such as a National ID Card, NHI card, driver’s license, or passport). Entry will be denied if the attendee fails to present the required identification or if the name does not match.
* Please follow the instructions of staff with signs and queue according to your designated section for ticket verification.
* ACTUAL DOOR OPEN TIMES WILL BE BASED ON ON-SITE SITUATIONS.
* Notice for Show
※ Please inform the on-site staff within 10 minutes after the show starts if you find any view blockage that is not stated in any official announcement. Once on-site staff confirms the view of the seat is blocked, on-site staff will change the seat for you subject to availability. It will be deemed to consent to the seat arrangement if there's no response.
* Except for mobile phones, all forms of photography, videography, and audio recording devices (including selfie sticks, tripods, etc.) are strictly prohibited from being brought in or used. Any form of live streaming is also strictly forbidden.
* Prohibited Items: Light sticks, LED signs, balloons, flashing headwear, laser pointers, and any other light-emitting or sound-producing support items that may obstruct the view or disturb other audience members are strictly prohibited. Please also refrain from using mobile phone flashlights during the show.
* The phone pouch placed on each seat is a small gift from sodagreen — one per person only, please do not take more than one. After taking your seat, kindly place your phone in the pouch. Phones should be turned off or set to silent/airplane mode once the performance begins.
* Do not stand on your seat to watch the performance. Any damage caused to venue property due to improper conduct will be the responsibility of the individual and may incur compensation.
* Food and beverages are not allowed in the seating area, with the exception of drinking water.
* Official photography and videography will be conducted during the concert. By entering the venue, you agree to the possibility of being filmed or photographed. The organizer will not be held liable for any infringement of portrait rights or unauthorized commercial use.

* For any ticket-related inquiries, please visit the Live Nation Service/Ticketing Counter on the day of the show between 3:00 PM and showtime. Be sure to bring your ticket and valid ID. (Please refer to the venue map for counter location.)
● Lost Tickets
Dial 02-8772-9835 or Contact us at your earliest convenience. Please bring the police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID to the tixCraft ticket booth before 7PM on show day to sign the certification document. Once the seat is confirmed as not occupied when the show starts, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audiences who lose tickets need to re-purchase tickets for admission. We may report to the police station if there is controversy.
* For safety reasons, a security check is required at the entrance. To avoid delays in entering and enjoying the show, we kindly ask that you arrive earlier.
* The concert ticket is required for re-entry and you will be subject to another security check.
● Prohibited items
1. No trunks or bags larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm are allowed for entry. Any bags and trunks against security standards will not be allowed for entry. Merch will be allowed for entry, and security check will be required.
2. Except for mobile phones, all forms of photography, videography, and audio recording devices (including selfie sticks, tripods, etc.) are strictly prohibited from being brought in or used. Any form of live streaming is also strictly forbidden.
3. No Glass and Metal container of any kind。
4. No illegal substances / drugs / dangerous items (according to on site definition).
5. No flammable materials such as pressurized cologne and perfume / pepper spray / kerosene / gasoline etc.
6. No weapons of any kind / lasers / laser pens / pointers / umbrella / monopod / selfie sticks or any sharp objects.
7. No chain / brass knuckles / wallet chains / spiked belts.
8. No lighters / cigarettes(e-cigarettes) / candles / fireworks and any other type of pyrotechnics.
9. No pets and plants.
10. No chairs of any kind.
11. No fruits and vegetables.
12. No Big posters / banners / LED banners / placards / balloons / signage / political banners and no whistles or any unauthorized cheer supplies.
13. No projectiles / missiles of any type.
14. No flash photography / videography.
* Please follow the event regulations. The organizer might restrict those who violate the regulations and reserve the right to pursue legal actions. Show cancel or postpone due to irresistible reasons, promoter will not be responsible for transportation and accommodation compensation. Please refer to Regulations Announcement on Live Nation Taiwan website and on site announcements for the most updated rules. Live Nation reserves the rights to any amendments, changes or terminations of this event.
