■ VIP Pre-show Entry Info
Holders of BLOCK 23 or BLOCK 26 tickets are invited to attend the exclusive VIP Pre-show - Agong's Special Pre-show performance.

You will need to present your ticket at the VIP check-in. Each ticket is valid for one-time use only and must be used by the concert ticket holder. All seats are non-reserved - seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. 

After the Agong's Special Pre-show performance, please follow the instructions to the Tempodrom – The Big Arena for the sodagreen 20th Anniversary Concert Tour.

■ Limited Merchandise On Site
Four official merchandise items will be available at merchandise booths inside the venue from 17:30 until the concert begins. Quantities are limited and all items will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

■ Other Regulations
ALL TYPES OF PHOTOGRAPHY AND FILMING ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED (INCLUDING THE VIP PRE-SHOW – AGONG'S SPECIAL VIP PRE-SHOW), SUCH AS CELLPHONE PHOTOS, VIDEOS, AND LIVE STREAMING. NO CAMERAS, AUDIO/VIDEO RECORDING DEVICES, RADIO SCANNING EQUIPMENT ARE ALLOWED. ON-SITE STAFF HAVE THE RIGHT TO ASK YOU TO DELETE ANY PHOTOS ,VIDEOS, AUDIO. ANYONE WHO DOES NOT FOLLOW THE RULES WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE AND MAY NOT BE ALLOWED BACK
 
We will provide a phone pouch for each ticket holder. Please place your phone inside the pouch during the performance and set your phone to airplane mode or turn off any sound notifications.
