➤ VIP Upgrade Notice：
ACTUAL OPERATION TIMES WILL BE BASED ON ON-SITE SITUATIONS.
Upon check-in, staff will verify your concert ticket, VIP Upgrade ticket, and stamp with "EXCHANGED" and provide you with a wristband.
* When entering, both the tickets and wristband are required. If any items are lost or damaged, entry will be denied.
* Please line up according to your queue number on the VIP Upgrade ticket. If you don’t check in on time, your number priority will be cancelled and you’ll enter based on the on-site order. To be fair for everyone, you cannot move forward to join friends with an earlier queue number, but you can move back to join friends with a higher queue number.
* Any VIP Upgrade fan benefits, including merch and gifts, cannot be shipped or delivered. They must be exchanged and collected on the event day with the event ticket. Benefits not collected on time will be forfeited.
※After group photo, please follow the instructions of the staff.

* GA Area Entry Order:
one valid VIP Upgrade (ON STAGE PHOTO VIP EXPERIENCE) + one valid GA concert ticket holders
→ one valid VIP Upgrade (VIP EXPERIENCE) + one valid GA concert ticket holders
→ one valid General GA concert ticket holders
* For general GA(standing) ticket holders, GA area is all standing with no queueing number. Please follow onsite staff instructions for entry.
*For safety reasons, children under 110cm or under 7 years old and pregnant women are not allowed into the GA (standing) area.
* For Seated ticket holders, please be seated in your allocated seat.
* Disability Ticket Holder :
Please bring the Disability identification at entry for checking. Only Disability identification holders with a ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Accompanying ticket holders will not be admitted without the presence of the disabled ticket holder.
➤ Security Check
For safety reasons, security check is required at the entrance. To avoid delays in entering and enjoying the show, we kindly ask you to arrive early. Metal detector wands will be used for security checks. Those who bring prohibited items will not be allowed for entry.
No ANY KINDS of Foods or Drinks allowed, WATER ONLY.
No trunks or bags larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm are not allowed for entry.
* Other prohibited items please refer to the “Other Regulations”. Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.
Safety check is always required upon re-entry.

Lost Tickets
- For Lost GA(Standing) tickets:
According to regulations, standing tickets do not have assigned seats or registered names. Lost tickets cannot be reissued and entry will not be permitted.
- For Lost Seat Tickets:
Please contact us (tixcraft) at your earliest convenience. Please bring the police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID to the tixCraft ticket booth before 19:30 on show day to sign the certification document. Once the seat is confirmed as not occupied when the show starts, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audiences who lose tickets need to re-purchase tickets for admission. We may report to the police station if there is controversy.

Notice：

Notice:
Please take your trash with you when leaving. Do not discard it carelessly.
There will be alcohol drinks on-site, so please be mindful of your alcohol tolerance.
Drinking is prohibited under the age of 18. Driving After Drinking is Prohibited.

※ Prohibited items
1. No trunks or bags larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm. The official merchandise items will be allowed. All bags and merchandise items will be subject to a security check.
2. Carrying and using professional photography, video and audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited. This includes camcorders, audio recorders, drones, tablets, GoPros and related devices (such as selfie sticks, tripods, etc.)
3. Folding umbrella is granted. However please DO NOT use it in the stadium. Please wear poncho if needed.
4. No Glass and Metal container of any kind.
5. No Illegal Substances / Drugs / Dangerous items (According to on site definition).
6. No Flammable materials such as / Pressurized Cologne and perfume / Pepper Spray / Kerosene / Gasoline etc.
7. No Weapons of any Kind / Lasers / Laser Pens / Pointers / Umbrella / Monopod / Selfie Sticks or any Sharp Objects.
8. No Chain / Brass Knuckles / Wallet Chains / Spiked belts.
9. No Lighters / Cigarettes(e-cigarettes) / Candles / Fireworks and any other type of Pyrotechnics.
10. No Pets and Plants.
11. No Chairs of any kind.
12. No Fruits / Vegetables.
13. No Big Posters / Banners / LED Banners / Placards / Balloons / Signage / Political Banners and No Whistles or any unauthorized Cheer Supplies.
14. No Projectiles / Missiles of any type.
15. No Flash Photography / Videography.
※Please inform the on-site staff within 10 minutes after the show starts if you find any view blockage that is not stated in any official announcement. Once on-site staff confirms the view of the seat is blocked, on-site staff will change the seat for you subject to availability. It will be deemed to consent to the seat arrangement if there's no response.
※ Smoking is prohibited due to regulations.
※ Do not stand on chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors.
※ No any kind of live streaming. No cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.
※ Please follow the event regulations. The organizer might restrict those who violate the regulations and reserve the right to pursue legal actions. Show cancels or postpones due to irresistible reasons, promoter will not be responsible for transportation and accommodation compensation. Please give priority to the Regulations Announcement on Live Nation Taiwan website and on site. Live Nation reserves the rights to any amendments, changes or terminations of this event.
