• VIP Check in & Queue Time：15:30

• VIP Check in & Queue Spot：Entrance 7 Outer

* ACTUAL TIME BASED ON ON-SITE SITUATION.
* FOR VIP, please queue up in order according to your serial number and wait for entry. If you do not line up within the announced time and entry, you will forfeit your priority and have to follow the on-site staff's instructions to enter. The promoter reserves the right to deny entry to those who fail to check in on time.

* After the VIP event, please stay in the concert hall for the main show. If you need to go out, the concert ticket is  required for re-entry to the venue.

*For GA, please queue up in order according to your serial number and wait for entry. If you do not line up within the announced time and entry, you will forfeit your priority and have to follow the on-site staff's instructions to enter. The promoter reserves the right to deny entry to those who fail to check in on time.

*2F & 3F SEATED, please be seated in your allocated seat.

Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter without a Disability identification owner and her/his ticket.

GA (Standing) ticket :
According to regulations, standing tickets have no assigned seats or registered names, you are not able to enter if you lose your tickets.
Seated ticket :

Dial 02-8772-9835 or Contact us at your earliest convenience. Please bring police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID and go to the tixCraft ticket booth before 7:00PM on show day to sign the certification document. Once show starts and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audience who lose tickets need to re-purchase ticket for admission. We may report to police station if there is controversy. 

⍟ Safety Check

     ● No Backpacks, no suitcase and any Bags bigger than 37x25x11.5 cm are not allowed entry to GA.
    ● No ANY KINDS of Foods or Drinks allowed, WATER ONLY (the caps of the bottle must be removed)
    ●  Any items against security regulations will not be allowed for entry.
    ● There are limited coin lockers near the venue.

✘ Prohibited items
1. Backpacks, suitcase and any Bags bigger than 37x25x11.5 cm.
2. Selfie sticks
3. Any kinds of cameras, recorders, GoPro and tablets
4. Clappers, whistles, and cheer megaphones
5. Posters and LED banners over A3, balloons, and chairs of any kind
6. Flags, poles, and tripods
7. Animals and plants of any kind
8. Glass and umbrellas
9. Lighters and sprays
10. Sharp objects

✘ No ANY KINDS of Foods or Drinks allowed, WATER ONLY (the caps of the bottle must be removed)

✘ Please do not stand on seats. Those who cause damage on venue property should be responsible for compensation.

✘ No any kind of cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.

✘ Please follow the event regulations. The organizer might restrict those who violate the regulations and reserve the right to pursue legal actions.
