※ When checking in as a VIP, please present both your concert ticket and VIP Upgrade ticket.
Staff will place a wristband on you and stamp your concert ticket as "Redeemed." At the event entrance, both the wristband and ticket will be required for admission.
If the wristband is damaged or removed, entry will be denied.
※ Late arrivals will also be considered as forfeiting their privileges for VIP activities. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to those who miss the check-in time.
※ VIP laminate and lanyard cannot be mailed. They must be redeemed and collected on the event day with the event ticket. If not collected on time, the rights to obtain the VIP goods will be considered as forfeited.

※ Accessible Seating : Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter without a Disability identification owner and her/his ticket.
※ For safety reasons, children under 110cm or under 7 years old and pregnant women are not allowed into the GA area.
※ All attendees must pass through security check. Please arrive early and minimize personal belongings to speed up entry.

● Lost Tickets
※ According to regulations, standing tickets have no assigned seats or registered names, you are not able to enter if you lose your tickets
※ For Lost Seat Tickets: Dial 02-8772-9835 or E-MAIL to tixcraft@tixcraft.com at your earliest convenience. Please bring police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID and go to the tixCraft ticket booth before 20:00 on show day to sign the certification document. Once show starts and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audience who lose tickets need to re-purchase ticket for admission. We may report to police station if there is controversy.

● OTHER REGULATIONS
Prohibited items
1. No backpack, no suitcase, no bag size over 37 x 25 x 11.5cm.
2. Selfie sticks, or any similar devices.
3. Any form of camera, video recording equipment, GoPro, tablets, or similar photographic/video devices.
4. Pressurized sprays, perfumes, pepper spray, gas canisters, kerosene, and other flammable items.
5. Clappers, whistles, cheer sticks, or any items that will make sound.
6. Fan-made support items such as light boards exceeding A3 size, balloons, or stools and other things that may obstruct audience view.
7. Flags, flag poles, camera tripods.
8. Any kind of animal or plants.
9. Glass items, long umbrellas.
10. Lighters, sprays.
11. Any sharp or dangerous objects (as defined by the organizer).
※ Please inform the on-site staff within 10 minutes after the show starts if you find any view blockage that is not stated in any official announcement. Once on-site staff confirms the view of the seat is blocked, on-site staff will change the seat for you subject to availability. It will be deemed to consent to the seat arrangement if there's no response.
※ In compliance with the Tobacco Hazards Prevention Act, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the venue.
※ Do not stand on seats during the performance.
You will be held responsible for any damage caused to venue property.
※ Except for mobile phones, all photography, video recording, audio recording devices (including selfie sticks, tripods, etc.) are strictly prohibited.
Live streaming of any kind is also forbidden.
If found in violation, staff will confiscate and delete the recorded content. The event organizers are not responsible for any loss or damage to confiscated equipment. Staff reserve the right to expose film or delete memory card contents and may take legal action depending on the situation.

IF there is a show cancellation or postponement due to irresistible reasons, the promoter will not be responsible for transportation and accommodation compensation.
