【VIP Notice】

※ Actual procedures and schedules may be adjusted according to on-site conditions.
※ Please check in and collect your benefits on showday — no shipping is available before or after the show. Failure to collect within the check-in period will be treated as a voluntary forfeiture of your benefits.
※ VIP check-in: please present your VIP ticket for this show (if you purchased a VIP Upgrade ticket, you must present both your "concert ticket" and your "VIP Upgrade ticket" for this show). Staff will verify concert tickets during check-in, stamp them as “Redeemed”. and issue identification wristbands.
※ Attendees must complete VIP check-in and receive their wristband before entering the VIP Event. Both ticket and wristband must be presented for entry. Lost or damaged will result in denial of entry, and no refund will be issued.
※ Please queue according to the serial number on your VIP ticket or VIP Upgrade ticket. Failure to check in and line up within the announced time will be treated as forfeiture of your number-priority rights, and you should follow on-site staff instructions to queue. To protect everyone's rights, guests with a larger number may not ask to move forward to queue with friends or family who have a smaller number; guests with a smaller number may move back to queue with friends or family who have a larger number.
※ Holders of a "The Last Forever" VIP Upgrade ticket whose concert ticket is at seated section will still need to go to the designated location and queue for entry to attend VIP activity within the designated time, according to the number on your VIP Upgrade ticket.
※ All benefits, merchandise, and VIP gifts cannot be shipped and may only be redeemed and collected on showday with your ticket. Failure to collect within the specified time will be treated as forfeiture of that benefit.
※ Re-entry requires ticket verification and security check.

※ For Seated ticket holders, please be seated in your allocated seat.
※ Disability Ticket Holder:
The ticket must be purchased and used for entry by the disability identification holder in person. Please bring the Disability identification at entry for checking (if the updated version of the disability identification lists a companion, the companion must also bring valid ID for verification). Entry will not be permitted if the ticket holder is not present in person, and no refund will be issued. Accompanying ticket holders will not be admitted without the presence of the disabled ticket holder.

◎ Security Check

※ Safety and ticket checks are required for entry. Suitcase of any kind or bags larger than size of 37x25x11.5cm are not allowed for entry GA (Standing). Any items against security regulations will not be allowed for entry venue.
※ There are few coin-lockers at the venue. Please store the suitcases and bags and all prohibited items in advance.
※ Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.
※ Safety check is always required upon re-entry.

➤ Lost Tickets:
※ For Lost GA(Standing) tickets:
According to regulations, standing tickets do not have assigned seats or registered names. Lost tickets cannot be reissued and entry will not be permitted.
※ For Lost Seat Tickets: Contact tixcraft at your earliest convenience. Please bring police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID and go to the tixcraft ticket booth before showtime on show day to sign the certification document. Once the show starts and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audience who lose tickets need to re-purchase ticket for admission; otherwise, this may constitute fraud under Article 339 of the Criminal Code. If a dispute cannot be resolved on site, the individual will be escorted out of the venue and the police will be notified.

◎ Other Regulations
✘ Prohibited items
Bags exceeding 37 × 25 × 11.5 cm and all types of suitcases/luggage are prohibited. (Bags that do not comply with security regulations or size restrictions will not be permitted. Official merchandise purchased is exempt but remains subject to security inspection.)

1. Professional photography, video recording, and audio recording equipment are strictly prohibited, including but not limited to:
•   Video cameras
•   Drones
•   Tablets
•   GoPro cameras
•   Mobile phone lens attachments and telephoto lenses
•   Tripods
•   Monopods
•   Gimbals/stabilizers
•   Selfie sticks

2. Live streaming of any kind is strictly prohibited. The organizer reserves the right to prohibit the use of any equipment deemed to be intended for professional photography, videography, audio recording, broadcasting, streaming, or commercial use.

3.  Foldable umbrellas are allowed inside the venue but may not be opened or used.

4. Glass and metal containers are prohibited, including: Glass cups, bottles, and containers

5.  Metal cans, aluminum cans, and similar containers

Illegal, prohibited, or dangerous items (as defined by the organizer) are not permitted.

6.  Pressurized sprays and flammable substances are prohibited, including:

•   Aerosol sprays

•   Perfume

•   Pepper spray

•   Gas canisters

•   Kerosene

•   Other flammable materials

7.  Laser pointers, long-handled umbrellas, tripods, selfie sticks, and any sharp objects are prohibited.

8.  Chains, brass knuckles, metal bars, studs, decorative belts, and similar accessories or tools are prohibited.

9. Lighters, all tobacco products (including e-cigarettes/vapes), candles, fireworks, and any flammable materials are prohibited.

10. Pets, plants, Fresh food products, including fruits and vegetables are not permitted.

11. Stools, folding chairs, and any items used to elevate standing height are prohibited.

12. The following support items are prohibited:
•   Posters and banners larger than A3 size
•   LED signs
•   Balloons
•   Flags or banners containing political messages
•   Whistles
•   Any other fan-made support materials deemed inappropriate by the organizer
•   Any item that can be thrown, launched, projected, or used as a spraying device is prohibited.

13. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.

14. No ANY KINDS of Foods or Drinks allowed, WATER ONLY (the caps of the bottle must be removed)
✘ In accordance with applicable tobacco control regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the venue.
✘ Please do not stand on seats. Those who cause damage on venue property should be responsible for compensation.
✘ The use of professional photography, video recording, and audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited at the event venue. This includes but is not limited to camcorders, drones, tablets, GoPro devices, tripods, selfie sticks, and similar equipment. These items are not allowed to be brought into or used inside the venue. Live streaming of any kind is also strictly prohibited. If such equipment is discovered, staff will require the deletion of the recorded content and ask the attendee to store the equipment outside the venue before re-entry. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage. On-site staff reserve the right to erase or delete any recorded material and may take further legal action if necessary.
✘ Please follow the event regulations. The organizer might restrict those who violate the regulations and reserve the right to pursue legal actions. The organizer reserves the right to add performances, modify, suspend, terminate, or otherwise change any aspect of the event without prior notice.
