Entry Notice

➤TIME：20:00 (Actual performance time will be based on on-site situation)
➤VENUE：Zepp New Taipei（HonHui Plaza 8F）
●Considering the limited space inside the venue, please travel light to enjoy the show. No backpacks, no bags bigger than 37x25x11.5 cm, nor suitcase are allowed for entry. For the other rules, please check "Safety Check" & "Other Regulations".
● VIP Serenades（Queueing Number 001-050）
➤Check-in Time：15:30-16:30
➤1:1 Photo Queue time：16:30-17:20
➤1:1 Photo Event：17:30-18:00
➤Sound Check Event：18:00-18:30
※If you did not check-in before 17:20, you will be seen as giving up the chance to attend the 1:1 photo event.
※Actual event time will be based on on-site situation
※For VIP ticket holders, please have your tickets ready for check in.
※If you didn’t check-in within the announced time, you will be seen as disqualified for VIP benefits.
※For the audiences who have won the lucky draw for signed polaroids, please show your ticket at the vip counter within check-in time, The ones who did not check-in in time will be seen as giving up their benefits, will not resend afterwards or give any kind of compensation.
※When attending VIP Event, please note that:
No phones or cameras, no video or voice recording allowed during 1:1 Photo event time. No touching or hugging the artists, and no autographs. Please place your gift in the gift box in the foyer area before you enter, gift size must meet the safety check guide lines.
※After the VIP event, VIP ticket holders are allowed to stay in the venue and wait for the main show. If you need to go out, concert tickets and safety checks are required for re-entry.

Lost Tickets:
※According to regulations, standing tickets have no assigned seats or registered names, you are not able to enter if you lose your tickets
※For Lost Seat Tickets: Dial 02-8772-9835 or Contact us at your earliest convenience. Please bring a police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID and go to the tixCraft ticket booth before 6PM on show day to sign the certification document. Once the show starts and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audiences who lose tickets need to re-purchase tickets for admission. We may report to the police station if there is a controversy.
※Disability Tickets Entry:
Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter without a Disability identification owner and her/his ticket.

※No any kind of cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff.
※Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.Please follow the event regulations. The organizer Live Nation Taiwan might restrict those who violate the regulations and reserve the right to pursue legal actions.
