Please bring the Disability identification at entry for checking. Only Disability identification holders with a ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Accompanying ticket holders will not be admitted without the presence of the disabled ticket holder.
※ Without the organizer's permission, using phones, mobile devices, cameras, camcorders, DV recorders, or audio recorders for recording, photography, or live streaming is not allowed. Except mobile phones, any form of video, audio recording equipment,l photo cameras and selfie sticks are not allowed for entry.

● Security Check
※ For safety reasons, a security check is required at the entrance. To avoid delays in entering and enjoying the show, we kindly ask you to arrive early. Those who bring prohibited items will not be allowed for entry.
※ No trunks or bags larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm are allowed for entry. There are limited lockers outside the venue.
※ Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Attendees who violate the rules will be escorted out of the venue without re-entry or refund.
※ Re-entry requires a new security check.

※ Lost Tickets
For Lost Standing (GA) tickets:
According to regulations, standing tickets do not have assigned seats or registered names. Lost tickets cannot be reissued and entry will not be permitted.
For Lost Seat Tickets: 
Dial 02-8772-9835 or Contact us at your earliest convenience. Please bring the police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID to the tixCraft ticket booth before 19:00 on show day to sign the certification document. Once the seat is confirmed as not occupied when the show starts, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audiences who lose tickets need to re-purchase tickets for admission. We may report to the police station if there is controversy. 

● Photo Tickets

* Additional photo tickets can be purchased after using your previously purchased tickets.
* Photo tickets can be used with any member line of your choice.
* One signed photo will be taken per session. If you wish to take another, please queue again.
* Lost photo tickets will not be reissued or refunded.

● Other Regulations / Prohibited items
1. No trunks or bags larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm are allowed for entry. Any bags/Trunks against security standards will not be allowed for entry. Merch will be allowed for entry, and security check will be required.
2. Except for mobile phones, all forms of photography, videography, and audio recording devices (including selfie sticks, tripods, etc.) are strictly prohibited from being brought in or used. Any form of live streaming is also strictly forbidden.
3. Folding umbrella is granted. However please DO NOT use it in the stadium. Please wear poncho if needed.
4. No Glass and Metal container of any kind。
5. No illegal substances / drugs / dangerous items (according to on site definition).
6. No flammable materials such as pressurized cologne and perfume / pepper spray / kerosene / gasoline etc.
7. No weapons of any kind / lasers / laser pens / pointers / umbrella / monopod / selfie sticks or any sharp objects.
8. No chain / brass knuckles / wallet chains / spiked belts.
9. No lighters / cigarettes(e-cigarettes) / candles / fireworks and any other type of pyrotechnics.
10. No pets and plants.
11.  No chairs of any kind.
12. No fruits and vegetables.
13. No Big posters / banners / LED banners / placards / balloons / signage / political banners and no whistles or any unauthorized cheer supplies.
14. No projectiles / missiles of any type.
15. No flash photography / videography.

※ Please inform the on-site staff within 10 minutes after the show starts if you find any view blockage that is not stated in any official announcement. Once on-site staff confirms the view of the seat is blocked, on-site staff will change the seat for you subject to availability. It will be deemed to consent to the seat arrangement if there's no response.
※  Smoking is prohibited due to regulations.
※  Do not stand on chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors.
※ No live streaming of any form is allowed. No cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.
※ Please follow the event regulations. The organizer Live Nation Taiwan might restrict those who violate the regulations and reserve the right to pursue legal actions. Show cancel or postpone due to irresistible reasons, promoter will not be responsible for transportation and accommodation compensation. ● 会場での注意事項（持込禁止物・禁止行為）
以下の物品の持ち込みは禁止されております（違反時は没収）
1. 37×25×11.5cmを超えるサイズのバッグ、およびあらゆる形式のスーツケースの持ち込みは禁止です。サイズ・種類に関わらず、主催者の安全検査基準に適合しないバッグやスーツケースは持ち込みできません（ただし公式グッズの持ち込みは可。ただし検査を通過する必要があります）。
2. 携帯電話以外のすべての録音・録画・撮影機器の持ち込みは禁止です（以下を含むがこれに限らない：ビデオカメラ、録音機、カメラおよびレンズ、ドローン、タブレット、GoProなど）。
3. 折りたたみ傘は持ち込み可能ですが、会場内での使用は禁止です。必要な場合はレインコートをご着用ください。
4. ガラス製品や金属製容器（ガラスコップ・ボトル・ケース、鉄／アルミ缶など）の持ち込みは禁止です。
5. 主催者の定義による禁制品および危険物の持ち込みは禁止です。
6. スプレー缶、香水、防犯スプレー、ガスボンベ、灯油など、引火性のある物品の持ち込みは禁止です。
7. レーザーポインター、長傘、三脚、自撮り棒、その他鋭利な物の持ち込みは禁止です。
8. チェーン、指輪型ナックル、金属棒、スタッズ、ベルトなど、危険を伴うアクセサリーや器具の持ち込みは禁止です。
9. ライター、すべての種類のタバコ（電子タバコを含む）、キャンドル、花火、その他の可燃物の持ち込みは禁止です。
10. ペットや植物の持ち込みは禁止です。
11. 椅子、折りたたみチェアなど、観覧時に高さを増す物品の持ち込みは禁止です。
12. 野菜、果物などの生鮮食品の持ち込みは禁止です。
13. A3サイズを超えるポスターやスローガン、LEDボード、風船、政治的な内容を含む旗や横断幕、ホイッスルなどの応援グッズの持ち込みは禁止です。
14. 投擲・発射・噴射機能を持つ物品の持ち込みは禁止です。
15. フラッシュの使用は禁止です。

※ ステージの視界に問題がある場合（事前に告知された視界制限エリア以外の座席に限る）、開演後10分以内に必ず現地スタッフまでお申し出ください。スタッフが確認の上、視界不良と判断された場合は、状況に応じて座席の調整を行います。なお、お申し出がない場合は、当該座席に同意されたものとみなします。
※ 本イベント会場は、タバコ規制法に基づき全面禁煙です。
※ 座席の上に立って観覧する行為はおやめください。万が一、会場設備を破損された場合は、修理費等の賠償責任を負っていただきます。※お手持ちの携帯電話による個人使用目的の撮影・録画は可能です。
