VIP Package Notice

*Actual timing will be based on on-site circumstances.

*Please DO check in at the VIP check in counter before VIP entry. Onsite staff will check the ticket and stamp on the ticket.

*Attendees should present the ticket and wristband while entry otherwise you may not be allowed if lost ticket or wristband.

*Purchasers should follow on-site staff’s instructions. The VIP benefits may be withdrawn and the promoter reserves the right to refuse entry if attendees do not check in within the announced time and No refunds will be allowed.

*For the M&G session, please get your phone prepared and the on-site staff will help take the photo.

*Any VIP benefits such as VIP tour laminate and lanyard will be given during VIP check in and only can be collected on the day of the show. No other forms of collection will be allowed if attendees do not check in during designated time.

*After the VIP pre-show Soundcheck event, please remain in the venue for the show. If any re-entry happens, attendees should bring the ticket along and re-do security checks again while re-entry.

Please check the product upon purchase. No returns/exchange once customer leaves the counter.
* No bags will be provided for eco-friendly purposes. Please bring your own bag.
* The merch stand will close earlier once merch items are sold out.

● For Lost Tickets:
There are no assigned seats or registered names on standing tickets, you will not be able to enter if you lose your tickets according to regulations.

● Disability Tickets Entry:
*Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter.
* Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter as well once the above situation happens and no refund is allowed once Disability ticket holders are not qualified.

⍟ Safety Check

● Backpacks and any bags bigger than 37x25x11.5 cm are not allowed entry.
● No ANY KINDS of Foods or Drinks allowed, WATER ONLY. (the caps of the bottle must be removed)
● Safety check is required upon entry. Any items against security regulations will not be allowed for entry.
● There are no lockers at the venue.
● Safety checks will be required upon re-entry.

⍟ Other Regulations / Prohibited items

1. Backpacks, any bags bigger than 37x25x11.5 cm and suitcase
2. Selfie sticks
3. Any kinds of cameras, recorders, GoPro and tablets
4. Clappers, whistles, and cheer megaphones
5. Posters and LED banners over A3, balloons, and chairs of any kind
6. Flags, poles, and tripods
7. Animals and plants of any kind
8. Glass and umbrellas
9. Lighters and sprays
10. Any forms of sharp objects

✘ No ANY KINDS of Foods or Drinks allowed, WATER ONLY (the caps of the bottle must be removed)

✘ No any kind of cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the on-site staff. Violators will be asked to leave the venue and restricted for entry. The promoter will not be responsible for any loss of the personal assets once happened.

Please follow and be aware of the event regulations. The promoter reserves the rights to pursue any legal action.
