Please be reminded that strict security checks will be enforced for the safety of the show. To ensure smooth entry at the venue, we kindly ask all attendees to arrive early and allow sufficient time for the security process. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

※ For 1F standing area—please queue and enter as instructed by on-site staff.
※ For safety reasons, pregnant individuals and children under 110 cm in height or under 7 years old should not purchase standing area tickets. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry.

※ Ticket holders with disability ID must use their own ticket for personal entry. The ID will be checked to confirm ownership (if a companion is listed on the new disability ID, they must also present identification). Admission will be denied if the ID does not belong to the attendee, and no refunds will be issued. Venue policy states that this social welfare benefit must not be abused. Companions without the eligible person may not enter alone.
※ Re-entry to the venue requires ticket verification each time.

Lost Ticket Policy:
※ Standing Area: As there are no assigned seats, those who lose their tickets may be denied entry. Please keep your ticket safe—lost tickets will not be reissued.
※ Seated Area: If a ticket is lost, please contact (02) 8772-9835 or go to Tixcraft as soon as possible to report it. On the show day, by 19:00, the attendee must bring a police report, proof of purchase, and personal identification to the venue’s ticket counter to sign a declaration form. Entry will be allowed only if the lost ticket has not been used for admission after verification. If the original ticket holder appears, their ticket takes precedence; the person reporting the loss must purchase a new ticket (subject to on-site availability). False claims may constitute fraud under Article 339 of the Criminal Code. In the event of a dispute, both parties will be escorted out and reported to the police.
◎ Other Regulations / Prohibited Items
(violators will have items confiscated immediately)1. Bags exceeding 37×25×11.5 cm or any type of suitcase.
2. Except for mobile phones, all forms of photography, video recording and audio recording equipment are strictly prohibited at the event, including phone accessories such as phone lenses, tripods, Stabilizer, selfie sticks, etc. Live streaming is strictly prohibited.
3. No Glass and Metal container of any kind.
4. No illegal substances / drugs / dangerous items (according to on site definition).
5. No flammable materials such as pressurized cologne and perfume / pepper spray / kerosene / gasoline etc.
6. No weapons of any kind / lasers / laser pens / pointers / umbrella / monopod / selfie sticks or any sharp objects.
7. No chain / brass knuckles / wallet chains / spiked belts.
8. No lighters / cigarettes(e-cigarettes) / candles / fireworks and any other type of pyrotechnics.
9. No pets and plants.
10. No chairs of any kind.
11. No fruits and vegetables.
12. No Big posters / banners / LED banners / placards / balloons / signage / political banners and no whistles or any unauthorized cheer supplies.
13. No projectiles / missiles of any type.
14. No flash photography / videography.
15.No ANY KINDS of Foods or Drinks allowed, WATER ONLY.

Violators will have their equipment confiscated for deletion of recorded materials, and the organizer assumes no responsibility for loss or damage. Staff have the right to expose film or delete memory cards and may pursue legal action as necessary.※ Attendees who seriously violate these regulations may be removed from the venue and barred from re-entry. Please adhere strictly to entry rules. Official website and on-site announcements take precedence. Live Nation reserves the right to add shows, amend, terminate, or alter any event-related content.
