※ This is a real-name event. Each ticket holder’s name (attendee) is printed on the ticket and will be checked against a valid photo ID (National ID card, NHI card, driver’s license, or passport; foreign nationals must present a passport) at the entrance. Only those whose names and IDs match the attendee will be allowed to enter. Copies, photos, screenshots, IDs without photos, mismatched names, other data instead of the real name, or photos that do not match the person will result in denied entry. Please check carefully before coming to the venue to avoid affecting your rights.

※ Upon check-in, staff will verify concert tickets, stamp them with “Redeemed,” and issue identification wristbands. Please note that before VIP queue, you must check in at the VIP counter and obtain your wristband. Both the ticket and wristband must be presented for entry; loss or damage to either will result in denied admission.
※ Those who fail to check in or queue during the announced times will be deemed to have forfeited their privileges and must follow on-site staff arrangements. The promoter reserves the right to deny entry to those who fail to be on time.
※ VIP laminate and gifts etc. cannot be delivered, those must be collected on show day through tickets, for the ones who did not collect in time will be seen as giving up their benefits.
※ After the soundcheck event, please stay inside the venue for the main show. If you need to go out, the concert ticket is required for re-entry and you will be subject to another security check.

※ For Standing ticket holders, please line up with your according to the queueing number on the ticket. For safety reasons, children under 110cm or under 7 years old and pregnant women are not allowed into the GA (standing) area. For Seated ticket holders, please be seated in your allocated seat.

※ Ticket holders with disability ID must use their own ticket for personal entry. The ID will be checked to confirm ownership (if a companion is listed on the new disability ID, they must also present identification). Admission will be denied if the ID does not belong to the attendee, and no refunds will be issued. Venue policy states that this social welfare benefit must not be abused. Companions without the eligible person may not enter alone.

Lost Ticket Policy:
※ Standing Area:
As there are no assigned seats, those who lose their tickets may be denied entry. Please keep your ticket safe—lost tickets will not be reissued.
※ Seated Area:
If a ticket is lost, please contact (02) 8772-9835 or go to tixcraft as soon as possible to report it. On the show day, by 18:00, the attendee must bring a police report, proof of purchase, and personal identification to the venue’s ticket counter to sign a declaration form. Entry will be allowed only if the lost ticket has not been used for admission after verification. If the original ticket holder appears, their ticket takes precedence; the person reporting the loss must purchase a new ticket (subject to on-site availability). False claims may constitute fraud under Article 339 of the Criminal Code. In the event of a dispute, both parties will be escorted out and reported to the police.

◎ Other Regulations/Prohibited items
1. No trunks or bags larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm are allowed for entry. Any bags/Trunks against security standards will not be allowed for entry. Merch will be allowed for entry, and security check will be required.
2. Except for mobile phones, all forms of photography, videography, and audio recording devices (including selfie sticks, tripods, etc.) are strictly prohibited from being brought in or used. Any form of live streaming is also strictly forbidden.
3. Folding umbrella is granted. However please DO NOT use it in the stadium. Please wear poncho if needed.
4. No Glass and Metal container of any kind。
5. No illegal substances / drugs / dangerous items (according to on site definition).
6. No flammable materials such as pressurized cologne and perfume / pepper spray / kerosene / gasoline etc.
7. No weapons of any kind / lasers / laser pens / pointers / umbrella / monopod / selfie sticks or any sharp objects.
8. No chain / brass knuckles / wallet chains / spiked belts.
9. No lighters / cigarettes(e-cigarettes) / candles / fireworks and any other type of pyrotechnics.
10. No pets and plants.
11. No chairs of any kind.
12. No fruits and vegetables.
13. No Big posters / banners / LED banners / placards / balloons / signage / political banners and no whistles or any unauthorized cheer supplies.
14. No projectiles / missiles of any type.
15. No flash photography / videography.
※ Please inform the on-site staff within 10 minutes after the show starts if you find any view blockage that is not stated in any official announcement. Once on-site staff confirms the view of the seat is blocked, on-site staff will change the seat for you subject to availability. It will be deemed to consent to the seat arrangement if there's no response.
※ Smoking is prohibited due to regulations.
※Do not stand on chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors.
※ No live streaming of any form is allowed. No cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.
※ Please follow the event regulations. The organizer might restrict those who violate the regulations and reserve the right to pursue legal actions. Show cancel or postpone due to irresistible reasons, promoter will not be responsible for transportation and accommodation compensation. Please give priority refer to Regulations Announcement on Live Nation Taiwan website and on site announcements for the most updated rules. Live Nation reserves the rights to any amendments, changes or terminations of this event.
