※ Actual procedures and schedules may be adjusted according to on-site conditions.

※ VIP check-in: please present your VIP ticket for this show. Staff will stamp your concert ticket as "Redeemed" and issue an identification wristband. Failure to check in within the designated time will be treated as a voluntary forfeiture of your rights; the organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the VIP event for those who do not complete check-in within the designated time, and no refund will be issued.

※ Both ticket and wristband are used to verify entry eligibility for all activities and for admission. A lost or damaged wristband will result in denial of entry.

※ PROFESSOR PUTH VIP package holders will be entering the VIP event into the GA pit in the order of the on-site queue. Please return to your assigned seats purchased with your package for the main show.

※ For WHATEVER'S CLEVER! VIP and WHATEVER'S CLEVER! MERCH package holders, please queue according to the serial number on your VIP ticket. Failure to check in and line up within the announced time will be treated as forfeiture of your number-priority rights, and you should follow on-site staff instructions to queue. To protect everyone's rights, guests with a larger number may not ask to move forward to queue with friends or family who have a smaller number; guests with a smaller number may move back to queue with friends or family who have a larger number.

※ All benefits, merchandise and VIP gifts cannot be shipped and may only be redeemed and collected on show day with your ticket. Failure to collect within the specified time will be treated as forfeiture of that benefit.

※ For Lost GA (Standing) Tickets:

According to regulations, standing tickets do not have assigned seats or registered names. Lost tickets cannot be reissued and entry will not be permitted. Please keep your ticket safe.

※ For Lost Seated Tickets:

Contact tixcraft at your earliest convenience. Please bring a police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID and go to the box office at the venue before showtime on show day to sign the certification document. Once the show starts and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up, he/she will be the priority, and the audience who lost the ticket needs to re-purchase a ticket for admission (subject to remaining ticket availability on site); otherwise, this may constitute fraud under Article 339 of the Criminal Code. If a dispute cannot be resolved on site, the individual will be escorted out of the venue and the police will be notified.

Any prohibited item, in any form, will not be allowed into the venue. If a suspected prohibited item is found, please step aside and work with staff to resolve the issue; refusal to cooperate will result in denial of entry.

※ Suitcases of any kind and bags larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm are not allowed into the venue.

※ Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, the audience will be denied entry or escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed access to the concert again. There will be no ticket refund.

※ Safety check is always required upon re-entry.

◎ Other Regulations

➤ Prohibited Items (violations will be confiscated on site)

1. Bags exceeding 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm and suitcases/luggage of any kind are prohibited. Bags that do not comply with security size or type restrictions will not be permitted. Official merchandise purchased on site is exempt but remains subject to security inspection.

2. Professional photography, video recording and audio recording equipment are strictly prohibited, including camcorders, drones, tablets, GoPro cameras and similar devices (including mobile phone lens attachments, telephoto lenses, tripods, monopods, gimbals/stabilizers and selfie sticks). Such items may not be brought into or used inside the venue.

3. Live streaming of any kind is strictly prohibited, as is any other equipment deemed by the organizer to be intended for professional photography, videography, audio recording, broadcasting or commercial use.

4. Foldable umbrellas are allowed inside the venue but may not be opened or used.

5. Glass and metal containers are prohibited, including glass cups, bottles and containers, and tin or aluminum cans.

6. Illegal, prohibited or dangerous items (as defined by the organizer) are not permitted.

7. Pressurized sprays and flammable substances are prohibited, including aerosol sprays, perfume, pepper spray, gas canisters and kerosene.

8. Laser pointers, long-handled umbrellas, tripods, selfie sticks and any sharp objects are prohibited.

9. Chains, brass knuckles, metal bars, studs, decorative belts and similar accessories or tools are prohibited.

10. Lighters, all tobacco products (including e-cigarettes/vapes), candles, fireworks and any flammable materials are prohibited.

11. Pets, plants, fresh food products, including fruits and vegetables, are not permitted.

12. Stools, folding chairs and any items used to elevate standing height are prohibited.

13. Posters and banners larger than A3 size, LED signs, balloons, flags or banners containing political messages, whistles and any other fan-made support materials are prohibited.

14. Any item that can be thrown, launched, projected or used as a spraying device is prohibited.

15. Flash photography is strictly prohibited.

16. No food or drinks are allowed inside the venue, water only.

※ If your view of the main stage is obstructed (outside the announced restricted-view areas), you must notify on-site staff within 10 minutes after the show starts. If staff confirm that the seat is view-obstructed, the seat may be adjusted depending on availability; if no alternative seat is available, a full refund may be processed and the attendee must leave the venue. Those who do not raise the issue will be deemed to have accepted the seat arrangement.

※ In accordance with applicable tobacco control regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the venue.

※ Please do not stand on seats. Those who cause damage to venue property will be responsible for compensation.

※ The use of professional photography, video recording and audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited at the event venue. This includes but is not limited to camcorders, drones, tablets, GoPro devices, tripods and selfie sticks. These items are not allowed to be brought into or used inside the venue. Live streaming of any kind is also strictly prohibited. If such equipment is discovered, staff will require the deletion of the recorded content and ask the attendee to store the equipment outside the venue before re-entry. The organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage. On-site staff reserve the right to erase or delete any recorded material and may take further legal action if necessary.

All regulations are subject to the official event website and on-site announcements. The organizer reserves the right to add performances, modify, suspend, terminate or otherwise change any aspect of the event.
