Notice：
1. ACTUAL OPERATION TIMES WILL BE BASED ON ON-SITE SITUATIONS.
2. Upon check-in, staff will verify your concert ticket, and then will stamp it with "EXCHANGED". You will receive a wristband and VIP laminate and lanyard. Both concert tickets and wristband are required for entry. If either is lost or damaged, entry will be denied.
3. If you do not line up within the announced time and entry, you will be seen as forfeiting your priority and have to follow the on-site staff's instructions to enter. The promoter reserves the right to deny entry to those who fail to be on time.
4. After sound check, please remain in the venue. If you choose to exit the venue, you must present your concert ticket and the wristband again in order to re-enter.
5. VIP lanyard, laminate and poster for the ONE LOVE VIP EXPERIENCE will not be mailed. They must be redeemed and collected on the event day with the event ticket. If not collected on time, the rights will be considered forfeited.

* Accessible Seating : Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter without a Disability identification owner and her/his ticket.

*If you wish to give gifts, please place them in the gift box at the info counter. We only accept gifts under the size of 37*25*11.5cm, and don’t accept any unsealed food items, problematic or inappropriate gifts.
* Lost Tickets:
For Lost Seat Tickets: Dial 02-8772-9835 or Contact us at your earliest convenience. Please bring the police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID to the tixcraft ticket booth before 16:00 on show day to sign the certification document. Once the seat is confirmed as not occupied when the show starts, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audiences who lose tickets need to re-purchase tickets for admission. We may report to the police station if there is controversy.
● Other Regulations
※ Please do not stand on seats. Those who cause damage on venue property should be responsible for compensation.

➤ Prohibited items
1. No trunks or bags larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm are allowed for entry.
2. Except for mobile phones, all forms of photography, videography, and audio recording devices (including selfie sticks, tripods, etc.) are strictly prohibited from being brought in or used. Any form of live streaming is also strictly forbidden.
3. Folding umbrella is granted. However please DO NOT use it in the venue. Please wear poncho if needed.
4. No Glass and Metal container of any kind.
5. No illegal substances / drugs / dangerous items (according to on site definition).
6. No flammable materials such as pressurized cologne and perfume / pepper spray / kerosene / gasoline etc.
7. No weapons of any kind / lasers / laser pens / pointers / umbrella / monopod / selfie sticks or any sharp objects.
8. No chain / brass knuckles / wallet chains / spiked belts.
9. No lighters / cigarettes(e-cigarettes) / candles / fireworks and any other type of pyrotechnics.
10. No pets and plants.
11. No chairs of any kind.
12. No fruits and vegetables.
13. No Big posters / banners / LED banners / placards / balloons / signage / political banners and no whistles or any unauthorized cheer supplies.
14. No projectiles / missiles of any type.
15. No flash photography / videography.
* Please follow the event regulations. The organizer might restrict those who violate the regulations and reserve the right to pursue legal actions. Show cancel or postpone due to irresistible reasons, promoter will not be responsible for transportation and accommodation compensation. Please refer to Regulations Announcement on Live Nation Taiwan website and on site announcements for the most updated rules. Live Nation reserves the rights to any amendments, changes or terminations of this event.
