Notice：
※ACTUAL OPERATION TIMES WILL BE BASED ON ON-SITE SITUATIONS.
※Upon check-in, staff will verify your concert ticket, and then will stamp it with "EXCHANGED". You will receive a wristband, VIP laminate, lanyard and gifts. Please check in at the VIP counter before Group Photo with BIBI (10 pax). Both concert tickets and wristband are required for entry. If either is lost or damaged, entry will be denied.
※After soundcheck, please follow the instructions of the staff.
※When attending “Group Photo with BIBI (10 pax)”, please note that:
No phones or cameras, no video or voice recording allowed during Group Photo event time. No touching or hugging the artists, and no autographs. We do not accept any gifts on site, please don't bring those with you when attending the concert.
※If you do not line up within the announced time and entry, you will be seen as forfeiting your priority and have to follow the on-site staff's instructions to enter. The promoter reserves the right to deny entry to those who fail to be on time.
※ VIP lanyard, laminate and gifts for the VIP EVE NT$ 6,800 PACKAGE will not be mailed. They must be redeemed and collected on the event day before the show with the event ticket. If not collected on time, the rights will be considered forfeited.

◎ Lost Tickets:
For Lost Seat Tickets: Dial 02-8772-9835 or Contact us at your earliest convenience. Please bring the police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID to the tixCraft ticket booth before 16:00 on show day to sign the certification document. Once the seat is confirmed as not occupied when the show starts, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audiences who lose tickets need to re-purchase tickets for admission. We may report to the police station if there is controversy.
◎ Other Regulations
※ Please do not stand on seats. Those who cause damage on venue property should be responsible for compensation.
※ No ANY KINDS of Foods or Drinks allowed, WATER ONLY .
※ Prohibited items
1. Suitcase are not allowed for entry.
2. Except for mobile phones, all forms of photography, videography, and audio recording devices (including selfie sticks, tripods, etc.) are strictly prohibited from being brought in or used. Any form of live streaming is also strictly forbidden.
3. No Glass and Metal container of any kind.
4. No illegal substances / drugs / dangerous items (according to on site definition).
5. No flammable materials such as pressurized cologne and perfume / pepper spray / kerosene / gasoline etc.
6. No weapons of any kind / lasers / laser pens / pointers / umbrella / monopod / selfie sticks or any sharp objects.
7. No chain / brass knuckles / wallet chains / spiked belts.
8. No lighters / cigarettes(e-cigarettes) / candles / fireworks and any other type of pyrotechnics.
9. No pets and plants.
10. No chairs of any kind.
11. No fruits and vegetables.
12. No Big posters / banners / LED banners / placards / balloons / signage / political banners and no whistles or any unauthorized cheer supplies.
13. No projectiles / missiles of any type.
14. No flash photography / videography.

Show cancel or postpone due to irresistible reasons, promoter will not be responsible for transportation and accommodation compensation.
