※ Due to space limitations, please minimize personal belongings.
※ No backpack, no suitcase, no bag size over 37 x 25 x 11.5cm.
※ For safety reasons, children under 110cm or under 7 years old and pregnant women are not allowed into the GA area.
●VIP EXPERIENCE

※ You will receive VIP laminate, lanyard and one exclusive merch at check-in. VIP laminate and lanyard will be required along with your ticket for entry to VIP activities. Damage or missing will be rejected to participate in VIP activities.
※ Late arrivals will be considered forfeiting their privileges. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to those who miss the check-in time.
※ Please queue up to your VIP serial number and wait for entry. If you do not line up within the announced time and entry, you will forfeit your priority and have to follow the on-site staff's instructions to enter
※ VIP laminate, lanyard and one exclusive merch cannot be mailed. They must be redeemed and collected on the event day with the event ticket. If not collected on time, the rights will be considered forfeited.
※ After VIP Sound Check, please remain in the venue until show starts. If VIP ticket holders need to leave temporarily, one must bring their VIP pass and ticket, and go through security again upon re-entry.

Please bring police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID and go to the tixCraft ticket booth before 20:00 on show day to sign the certification document. Once show starts and the seat is confirmed as not occupied, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audience who lose tickets need to re-purchase ticket for admission. We may report to police station if there is controversy.

※ For safety reasons, security check is required at the entrance. Those who bring prohibited items will not be allowed for entry.
※ There are limited coin lockers near the venue.

●OTHER REGULATIONS/Prohibited items
1. No backpack, no suitcase, no bag size over 37 x 25 x 11.5cm.
2. Selfie sticks, or any similar devices.
3. Any form of camera, video recording equipment, GoPro, tablets, or similar photographic/video devices.
Clappers, whistles, cheer sticks, or any items that will make sound.
4. Fan-made support items such as light boards exceeding A3 size, balloons, or stools and other things that may obstruct audience view.
5. Flags, flag poles, camera tripods.
6. Any kind of animal or plants.
7. Glass items, long umbrellas.
8. Lighters, sprays.
9. Any sharp or dangerous objects (as defined by the organizer).
※ No live streaming of any kind is allowed. No cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.
※Please follow the event regulations. The organizer might restrict those who violate the regulations and reserve the right to pursue legal actions. Show cancel or postpone due to irresistible reasons, promoter will not be responsible for transportation and accommodation compensation. Please give priority to Regulations Announcement on Live Nation Taiwan website and on site. Live Nation reserves the rights to any amendments, changes or terminations of this event.

※整列および入場は、VIPチケット記載の整理番号順に行います。指定された時間内に受付および整列が完了しない場合は、整理番号による優先権を放棄したものとみなし、当日の現場スタッフの指示に従い、現場の列順にてご入場いただきます。
※VIP特典は郵送できません。公演当日のみ、チケットのご提示によりお渡しいたします。指定時間内にお受け取りいただけない場合は、特典受取の権利を放棄したものとみなします。
※イベント終了後は会場内でお待ちいただけますが、一時退出される際は、再入場のためVIPパス及びチケットを必ずお持ちください。再入場時には再度安全検査が行われます。

障がい者手帳をお持ちのご本人のみ入場可能です（付き添い者の記載がある場合、身分証明書の提示も必要）。手帳記載のご本人以外の入場はできません。また、その場合のチケット払い戻しもいたしかねます。付き添い者単独での入場もできません。本制度は福祉目的のものであり、悪用は固く禁じられています。

座席指定がない無記名チケットのため、紛失された場合の再発行・入場は不可となります。
<座席指定エリア>
チケットを紛失した場合は、できるだけ早く 02-8772-9835 または tixcraft@tixcraft.com までご連絡ください。当日20時までに警察の遺失物届、購入証明、本人確認書類を持参の上、会場内のTixcraftカウンターにて誓約書を記入してください。開演後に該当座席が使用されていないことが確認できた場合に限り、入場が許可されます。ただし、正規チケット所持者が現れた場合はその方が優先となり、再入場には新たにチケットを購入いただく必要があります（残席に限る）。トラブル発生時には、警察への通報に至る可能性があります。

※鋭利物や危険物（その他、主催者が危険と判断した物品）
※お手持ちの携帯電話による個人使用目的の撮影・録画は可能です。
その他、会場内での写真・動画撮影機器およびライブ配信は一切禁止です違反が確認された場合は機材を一時預かり、データ削除の対応を行います。損害・紛失について主催者は一切責任を負いません。
※違反行為が重大であると判断された場合、退場および再入場禁止の措置を取らせていただく場合がございます。
