◎ VIP Package
【VIP Package Notice】
※ Please complete VIP check-in at the designated counter before lining up and entering the VIP event. At check-in, please present your VIP Package ticket. Staff will place a wristband on your wrist and stamp your ticket “Redeemed.”
※ VIP ticket holders who fail to arrive and complete check-in before the VIP event begins will be considered to have forfeited their rights and must follow the instructions of the on-site staff. The organizer reserves the right to deny entry to the VIP event for guests who fail to complete check-in within the designated time, and no refund will be provided.
※ VIP package items and benefits must be redeemed and collected on the event day by presenting your VIP Package ticket and completing check-in within the designated time. Mailing service is not available. VIPs who fail to complete check-in within the designated time will be considered to have forfeited the related benefits.
※ Please line up according to the queue number on your VIP Package ticket. If you fail to complete check-in and line up within the announced line-up time, you will forfeit your queue number priority and must follow the instructions of the on-site staff. To ensure fairness for all guests, guests with a higher queue number may not move forward to join friends or family with a lower queue number. However, guests with a lower queue number may move back to join friends or family with a higher queue number.
※ Your VIP Package ticket and wristband will be used to verify eligibility for entry to VIP Soundcheck event. If either is lost or damaged, entry will be denied and no refund will be provided.
※ There will be no physical barriers between VIP PACKAGE & GA (standing). Entry Order: VIP PACKAGE > GA .
※After the VIP Soundcheck Party, please remain inside the venue and wait for the concert. Re-entry requires ticket verification and security check.

※ For safety reasons, children under 110cm or under 7 years old and pregnant women are not allowed into the standing area.
※ For General GA ticket holders, please line up according to your queue number on the ticket. If you don’t check in on time, your number priority will be cancelled and you’ll enter based on the on-site order. To be fair for everyone, you cannot move forward to join friends with an earlier queue number, but you can move back to join friends with a higher queue number.
※ There will be no physical barriers between VIP PACKAGE & GA (standing). Entry Order: VIP PACKAGE > GA .

※ Please note that ticket collection will not be available at the venue. Please collect your ticket in advance before heading to the venue.

※ Standing (GA) tickets have no assigned seats or registered names, you are not able to enter if you lose your tickets.
◎ Security Check
※ For safety reasons, security check is required at the entrance. To avoid delays in entering and enjoying the show, we kindly ask that you arrive early. Those who bring prohibited items will not be allowed for entry.
※ Suitcases of any kind and bags larger than 37 × 25 × 11.5 cm are not allowed inside the venue.
※ No food or drink allowed inside the venue, except drinking water.
※ Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Anyone found in violation of these regulations may be denied entry or escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed to re-enter. No refund will be provided.
※ If you need to store your belongings, please arrange storage outside the venue or at a nearby station before entering.
※ Safety check is always required upon re-entry.
◎ Other Regulations
➤ Prohibited items
1. No trunks or bags larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm. The official merchandise items will be allowed. All bags and merchandise items will be subject to a security check.
2. Except for mobile phones, all forms of photography, video recording and audio recording equipment are strictly prohibited at the event, including phone accessories such as phone lenses, tripods, Stabilizer, selfie sticks, etc. Live streaming is strictly prohibited.
3. Folding umbrella is granted. However please DO NOT use it in the venue. Please wear poncho if needed.
4. No Glass and Metal container of any kind.
5. No Illegal Substances / Drugs / Dangerous items (According to on site definition).
6. No Flammable materials such as / Pressurized Cologne and perfume / Pepper Spray / Kerosene / Gasoline etc.
7. No Weapons of any Kind / Lasers / Laser Pens / Pointers / Umbrella / Monopod / Selfie Sticks or any Sharp Objects.
8. No Chain / Brass Knuckles / Wallet Chains / Spiked belts.
9. No Lighters / Cigarettes(e-cigarettes/heated tobacco) / Candles / Fireworks and any other type of Pyrotechnics.
10. No Pets and Plants.
11. No Chairs of any kind.
12. No Fruits / Vegetables.
13. No Posters or Banners larger than A3 size / LED Banners / Placards / Balloons / Political Banners or Signage / Whistles or any unauthorized Cheer Supplies.
14. No Projectiles / Missiles of any type.
15. No Flash Photography / Videography.
16. No food or drink allowed inside the venue, except drinking water.
※ Smoking is prohibited due to regulations.
※ Do not stand on chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors.
※ No any kind of live streaming. No cameras, audio and video recording equipment or radio scanning/jamming equipment is allowed. Once any recording action is taken, the contents will be deleted by the staff. Those who violate the rules will be asked to leave the venue and restricted from entry.
※ Please follow the event regulations. The organizer might restrict those who violate the regulations and reserve the right to pursue legal actions. Show cancels or postpones due to irresistible reasons, promoter will not be responsible for transportation and accommodation compensation. Please give priority to the Regulations Announcement on Live Nation Taiwan website and on site.

※ 各時間は当日の進行状況により変更となる場合がございます。
※ VIPイベント の整列・入場前に、必ずVIP受付をお済ませください。受付時に本公演の「VIP PACKAGEチケット」をご提示ください。リストバンドをお付けし、チケットに「引換済」のスタンプを押します。
※ VIPイベント 開始時刻までに受付をお済ませください。受付時間を過ぎた場合は、VIPイベント にご参加いただけない場合がございます。その際は会場スタッフの案内に従ってください。なお、チケット代の払い戻しはいたしかねますので、あらかじめご了承ください。
※ VIP特典は、公演当日にVIP PACKAGEチケットをご提示のうえ、指定時間内に受付・引換をお済ませいただいた方のみお受け取りいただけます。後日発送は行いません。受付時間を過ぎた場合、特典をお受け取りいただけない場合がございます。

● チケットを紛失した場合
※ チケットの再発行はできません。スタンディングチケットは座席指定および購入者名の記載がないため、紛失した場合はご入場いただけません。
◎ 手荷物検査
※ アーティストおよびご来場の皆さまの安全確保のため、入場時に手荷物検査を行います。持込禁止物はいかなる場合も会場内へお持ち込みいただけません。混雑が予想されますので、時間に余裕を持ってお越しください。禁止物を所持している可能性がある場合は、スタッフによる確認にご協力ください。確認に応じていただけない場合は、入場をお断りします。
※ 会場内での飲食は禁止です。飲料水のみお持ち込みいただけます。
※ スーツケース類および37 × 25 × 11.5cmを超えるバッグは、会場内へお持ち込みいただけません。
※ 規則違反が確認された場合は、入場をお断りするか、退場していただく場合がございます。その場合、再入場および払い戻しはできません。
※ 会場内にクロークはございません。お荷物を預ける必要がある場合は、入場前に会場外または最寄り駅周辺のコインロッカー等をご利用ください。
※ 一時退場された場合も、再入場時にあらためて手荷物検査を行います。
◎ 会場内での注意事項

1. スーツケース類、および37 × 25 × 11.5cmを超えるバッグ
（会場で購入したオフィシャルグッズは除きますが、手荷物検査の対象となります）
2. ビデオカメラ、ドローン、タブレット、GoProなどの撮影・録画・録音機器、およびスマートフォン用レンズ、望遠レンズ、三脚、ハンドグリップ、スタビライザー、自撮り棒などの周辺機器
3. ライブ配信、業務用の撮影・録画・録音・配信、または商用利用を目的とした機器
4. 長傘（折りたたみ傘は持ち込み可能ですが、会場内では使用できません）
5. ガラス製・金属製の容器（グラス、瓶、缶など）
6. 違法薬物および主催者が危険と判断する物
7. 加圧式スプレー、香水、催涙スプレー、ガス缶、灯油、ガソリンなどの可燃物
8. レーザーポインター、長傘、三脚、自撮り棒、その他の鋭利な物
9. チェーン、メリケンサック、金属棒、ウォレットチェーン、スタッズ付きベルトなど
10. ライター、紙巻きたばこ、電子たばこ、加熱式たばこ、ろうそく、花火、その他の火気・可燃物

12. 椅子、踏み台、折りたたみ椅子など、足場として使用できる物
13. A3サイズを超えるポスター・ボード、LEDボード、風船、政治的な文言を含む旗・横断幕、笛、その他主催者が許可していない応援グッズ

※ 告知済みの見切れ席以外でメインステージが見えにくい場合は、開演後10分以内に会場スタッフへお申し出ください。スタッフが視界に影響のある座席と判断した場合は、可能な範囲で座席を変更します。変更可能な座席がない場合は、全額払い戻しのうえご退場いただけます。時間内にお申し出がない場合は、その座席での観覧にご了承いただいたものとします。
※ 法令により、会場内は全面禁煙です。
※ 椅子や踏み台などの上に立って観覧する行為は禁止です。会場設備を破損した場合は、修理費等をご負担いただく場合がございます。
※ スマートフォンを除く撮影・録画・録音機器は、持ち込み・使用ともに禁止です。スマートフォンでの写真・動画撮影は可能ですが、フラッシュの使用およびライブ配信は禁止です。違反が確認された場合は、撮影・録音データを削除していただき、機器を会場外へ預けた後に再入場していただきます。機器の紛失・破損について、主催者は責任を負いません。悪質な場合は法的措置を講じることがあります。
