ENTRY NOTICE

● Venue：Zepp New Taipei (HONHUI PLAZA, 8F)
ACTUAL PERFORMANCE TIME IS BASED ON ON-SITE SITUATIONS.
THERE WILL BE SECURITY CHECK PROCESS, TO EXPEDITE YOUR ENTRY PROCESS, and SECURE YOUR OWN SPOT, TRAVEL LIGHT, and READ THE ENTRY NOTICE, REGULATIONS & PROHIBITED ITEMS CAREFULLY!!
◎ VIP PACKAGE
● The VIP SESSION will be held after the show.

◎VIP Package Notice：
ACTUAL OPERATION TIMES WILL BE BASED ON ON-SITE SITUATIONS.
Upon check-in, staff will verify your “VIP PACKAGE ticket”, and stamp with "EXCHANGED" and provide you with a wristband.
※ Please line up according to your queue number on the VIP PACKAGE ticket. If you don’t check in on time, your number priority will be cancelled and you’ll enter based on the on-site order. To be fair for everyone, you cannot move forward to join friends with an earlier queue number, but you can move back to join friends with a higher queue number.
※ When entering the venue and attending the VIP session, both the tickets and wristband are required. If any items are lost or damaged, entry will be denied.
※ To prevent damage, posters will be provided after the VIP session. Please collect your poster before leaving the venue. Posters cannot be claimed after exciting the venue.
※ Any VIP PACKAGE fan benefits, including merch and gifts, cannot be shipped or delivered. They must be exchanged and collected on the event day with the event ticket. Benefits not collected on time will be forfeited.
◎VIP Session Guidelines：
1. Except for mobile phones, all forms of photography, videography, and audio recording devices (including phone lenses, tripods, stabilizer, selfie sticks, etc.) are strictly prohibited from being brought in or used. Any form of live streaming is also strictly forbidden.
2. During the VIP session, please follow the staff instructions at all times . DO NOT stay and stop. Selfie and autograph requests are strictly prohibited.
3. No letters, cards, or gifts will be accepted.
4. After “GOODBYE & HI-TOUCH”, please follow the staff instructions to collect your poster and leave the venue.

※ 2F seated and accessible seating doesn't need to queue before door time.

※ Accessible Seating :
Please bring the Disability identification for entry check. Only Disability identification holders with the ticket are allowed to enter. No refund is allowed. Disability accompanied ticket holders are not allowed to enter without a Disability identification owner and her/his ticket.
※ We do not accept any gifts on site, please don't bring those with you when attending the concert. Thank you for your cooperation.
◎Security Check
For safety reasons, security check is required at the entrance. To avoid delays in entering and enjoying the show, we kindly ask you to arrive early. Metal detector wands will be used for security checks. Those who bring prohibited items will not be allowed for entry. Safety check is always required upon re-entry.
※ Only the official light stick “BOB” is allowed. Any other form of light sticks, LED boards, LED hairband, Glow sticks, or any illuminated cheering items are prohibited.

This includes camcorders, audio recorders, drones, tablets, GoPros, notebooks and related devices (such as phone lenses, tripods, stabilizer, selfie sticks, etc.). ※ No posters, signs, or boards larger than A4 size.
※ Cheering towels or banners exceeding 20 × 80 cm are not permitted.
※ No ANY KINDS of Foods or Drinks allowed, WATER ONLY.
※ No trunks or bags larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm are not allowed for entry.
※ Other prohibited items please refer to the “Other Regulations”.
※ Please do not bring any prohibited items to the venue. Once found, entry will be denied or the attendee will be escorted out of the venue and will not be allowed re-entry. No refunds will be issued. Please store any restricted items by yourself and ensure they are not in your possession before entering.

※ Please note that there won’t be any ticket pick up service on-site. Make sure to collect your tickets in advance before heading to the event.
● Lost Tickets
※ Please contact tixcraft at your earliest convenience. Please bring the police report, proof of purchase and your photo ID to the tixCraft ticket booth before show starts on show day to sign the certification document. Once the seat is confirmed as not occupied when the show starts, you will be able to enter. However, if anyone with the ticket shows up and he/she will be the priority, audiences who lose tickets need to re-purchase tickets for admission. We may report to the police station if there is controversy.
◎Other Regulations
※ Prohibited items
1. No trunks or bags larger than 37 x 25 x 11.5 cm. The official merchandise items will be allowed. All bags and merchandise items will be subject to a security check.
2. Carrying and using professional photography, video and audio recording equipment is strictly prohibited. This includes camcorders, audio recorders, drones, tablets, GoPros, notebooks and related devices (such as phone lenses, tripods, stabilizer, selfie sticks, etc.). Any form of live streaming is also strictly forbidden. Flash photography / Videography is also not allowed, too.
3. Only the official light stick “BOB” is allowed. Any other form of light sticks, LED boards, LED hairband, Glow sticks, or any illuminated cheering items are prohibited.
4. Any cheering materials or props larger than A4 size, including signs, posters, placards, LED boards, flags, banners, etc.
5. Cheering towels or banners exceeding 20 × 80 cm.
6. Inflatable cheering sticks, balloons, balls, flags or banners with political messages, whistles, horns, megaphones, and similar items.
7. 11. No Chairs of any kind.
8. Folding umbrella under 30cm is granted. However please DO NOT use it in the venue. Please wear poncho if needed.
9. No Glass and Metal container of any kind.
10. No Flammable materials such as / Pressurized Cologne and perfume / Pepper Spray / Kerosene / Gasoline etc.
11. No Weapons of any Kind / Lasers / Laser Pens / Pointers / Umbrella / Monopod / Selfie Sticks or any Sharp Objects.
12. No Chain / Brass Knuckles / Wallet Chains / Spiked belts.
13. No Lighters / Cigarettes(e-cigarettes) / Candles / Fireworks and any other type of Pyrotechnics.
14. No Projectiles / Missiles of any type.
15. No Pets and Plants.
16. No Fruits / Vegetables.
17. No Illegal Substances / Drugs / Dangerous items (According to on site definition).
※ Smoking is prohibited due to regulations.
※ Do not stand on chairs during the show. There will be a compensation fee for any damages caused by inappropriate behaviors.

※ Please inform the on-site staff within 10 minutes after the show starts if you find any view blockage that is not stated in any official announcement. Once on-site staff confirms the view of the seat is blocked, on-site staff will change the seat for you subject to availability. It will be deemed to consent to the seat arrangement if there's no response.
※ Please follow the event regulations. The organizer might restrict those who violate the regulations and reserve the right to pursue legal actions. Show cancels or postpones due to irresistible reasons, promoter will not be responsible for transportation and accommodation compensation. Please give priority to the Regulations Announcement on Live Nation Taiwan website and on site. Live Nation reserves the rights to any amendments, changes or terminations of this event.
